With over 10 years of experience in Theater and Film, Buddy has always been drawn to environments where people and growth are at the forefront of his pursuits. Originally from Arlington, Texas Buddy studied English: Professional Writing with a minor in Marketing where he co-founded his University’s first Theater Program. As an Executive Manager in training, Buddy has been recognized at the national level for his consistency in performance and tenacity in sales and leadership. It’s his goal to bring more value to any and all endeavors in which he is apart of by creating a more conducive environment for growth towards all individuals involved.

Justin Simmons

Justin Simmons is a dynamic executive manager in training with a solid two-year track record in the marketing industry. Renowned for his expertise in customer relations, Justin has consistently achieved national recognition for his month-to-month performance excellence. Originally from Temple, Texas, and raised in Dallas, his roots have instilled a strong sense of community and drive. Justin’s passion for animals and his commitment to making a positive impact on everyone he meets set him apart in both his professional and personal life. Outside of work, you’ll find Justin indulging in his love for the outdoors through fishing and hiking or cheering on his favorite Dallas sports teams. It’s Justin’s goal to continue changing the lives other through servant leadership and determination in hard work and unity.

Mir Alamdar-Ali Abidi

Originally from Toronto, Canada, Mir Alamdar-Ali Abidi has a background in beauty and bringing smiles through hairstyling and barbering. He firmly believes that by growing oneself, one can help others grow too. His career at Godsell & Davis has been truly transformative, helping him cleanse bad habits, build character, and realize that dreams can become tangible realities. His journey as a Manager in Training has instilled in him a renewed sense of hope in himself and his growth towards success. Inspired by the mantra, “If you can dream it, you can do it,” a lesson he learned at Godsell & Davis, Mir continues to pursue his career with a passion for inspiring others and building relationships that cause communities to strive.

Originally from Garland, Texas, Cristian Godsell’s journey began with a passion for sports and business. He pursued this passion by studying Sports Management and Marketing at the University of Northwestern Ohio, where he balanced the demanding life of a student-athlete. His time at the university instilled in him the values of discipline, hard work, and perseverance. Before joining the company, Cristian’s diverse experiences prepared him for the challenges ahead. He appreciates how this opportunity not only recognizes potential leaders but also rewards hard work, reinforcing the values he holds dear. More importantly, Cristian values the chance to grow both professionally and personally within the organization, seeing it as a comprehensive platform for continuous development and success that transforms the lives of many.

Christopher Mitchell, a 24-year-old with an unwavering drive to succeed, has always been passionate about helping others. Before joining Godsell & Davis, he was searching for his purpose, moving from job to job without a clear direction. However, once he started at Godsell & Davis, he quickly recognized the vast opportunities ahead. Christopher is now one of many leaders whose lives have been transformed through the program.
